- Drive revenue and EBITDA growth through effective leadership and management of field sales teams
- Build deep relationships with C level executives in target accounts
- Become trusted advisor understanding client business challenges
- Identify multiple opportunities within strategic accounts
- Grow share of business within existing key accounts
- Navigate complex stakeholder organizations
- Work in collaboration with Global Sector Specialists, Marketing and Business Development teams to develop and implement territory/sector specific sales strategies
- Implement robust pipeline management systems ensuring forecast accuracy and healthy opportunity flow
- Foster effective collaboration across marketing, operations, and technical specialists to maximize solution delivery
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers in the territory/sector

- Experience in field sales leadership and management

Role Overview
- Bring your energy to Aggreko as BDM Utilities & Mining based in Riyadh.
- You will be responsible for developing and delivering the sales and marketing strategy for these sectors across Saudi Arabia.
- You will cultivate existing relationships in order to grow our account spends whilst identifying new business opportunities and relationships to grow Aggreko's presence within these sectors.
