- Oversee the development of social data management and statistical analysis systems within the Social Observatory.
- Build and develop social sector databases with unified classification standards.
- Establish data governance frameworks to ensure compliance with privacy, security, and local regulations.
- Review database designs and ensure integration with other systems, updating periodically.
- Develop unified mechanisms for data recording, storage, and retrieval, and oversee inter system data integration.
- Conduct analytical studies of internal and external stakeholder needs and translate them into data requirements.
- Monitor data use cases and measure their impact through key performance indicators.
- Prioritize use cases based on strategic alignment and impact assessment.
- Develop visual models to simplify complex data into interactive reports and dashboards.
- Oversee business intelligence and reporting development, including interactive dashboards and KPIs.
- Ensure data security through encryption, access controls, and archiving policies.
- Leverage AI and machine learning to develop social data analysis models and improve predictive capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or equivalent (priority for specialized data management certifications)
- 10 or more years of experience in a related field, including 3 years in a supervisory role
- 8 years or more if holding a master's or doctorate degree or relevant professional certifications
- UAE Nationality required

- Oversee the development of social data management and statistical analysis systems within the Social Observatory.
- Build and develop social sector databases, ensuring data quality, governance, and security to support research and evidence based decision making.
المسؤوليات والواجبات الإشرافية / Supervisory Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare short and medium term operational plans for the section and align them with departmental plans.
- Participate in developing policies and procedures for the section and monitor implementation.
- Prepare the annual budget for the section and monitor execution.
- Manage, motivate, and set goals for employees; monitor performance indicators and recommend training programs.

- Oversee the preparation and construction of social databases with unified classification standards.
- Establish data governance frameworks to ensure compliance with privacy, security, and local regulations.
- Review database designs and ensure integration with other systems, updating periodically.
- Develop unified mechanisms for data recording, storage, and retrieval; oversee inter system data integration.
- Conduct analytical studies of stakeholder needs and translate them into data requirements.
- Monitor data use cases and measure their impact through KPIs.
- Prioritize use cases based on strategic alignment and impact.
- Develop visual models to simplify complex data into interactive reports and dashboards.
- Oversee business intelligence and reporting development, including interactive dashboards and KPIs.
- Ensure data security through encryption, access controls, and archiving policies.
- Oversee performance evaluation and continuous improvement; analyze KPIs and identify gaps.
- Support the development of the observatory platform and its technical tools.
Qualifications / المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or equivalent (priority for specialized data management certifications).
