The employer is seeking an organized and dependable secretary to keep office operations running smoothly.
The role provides front-office and day-to-day administrative support to the team.
What You Will Do
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Answer calls and emails, respond where possible, and route messages appropriately.
- Greet visitors and handle front-desk duties professionally.
- Draft, format, and proofread business documents and presentations.
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems.
- Prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Arrange travel, bookings, and expense reports.
- Order supplies and liaise with vendors and building services.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
What We Are Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in a secretarial, administrative, or front-office role.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential matters.
- High school diploma required.
