About the Role
The bartender prepares and serves a full range of non-alcoholic beverages.
The role focuses on mocktails, fresh juices, specialty coffee, teas, smoothies, and signature house drinks.
The bartender provides a welcoming guest experience and represents the bar to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages to recipe and presentation standards.
- Greet guests, take orders, make recommendations, and answer ingredient and allergen questions.
- Operate and maintain juicers, blenders, espresso machines, ice machines, and soda guns.
- Keep the bar clean, organized, and stocked before, during, and after shifts.
- Monitor inventory, report low stock, and minimize waste.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
- Handle cash and card payments and close the register at shift end.
- Suggest new drinks and seasonal menu items.
- Support the wider food and beverage team during busy periods.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience as a bartender, barista, or juice bar attendant.
- Knowledge of fresh juice, smoothie, and mocktail preparation.
- Experience in a non-alcoholic or family venue is a plus.
