About the Role
Prepare fresh juices, smoothies and blended drinks to a consistent standard while keeping the counter clean and well stocked.
Serve customers quickly during peak hours, follow recipes accurately and take food hygiene seriously.
Preparation and Production
- Prepare juices, smoothies, milkshakes, detox drinks and fruit bowls according to standard recipes and portion sizes.
- Wash, peel, cut and store fruits and vegetables using correct handling procedures.
- Operate and clean juicers, blenders, citrus presses, ice machines and other equipment safely.
- Maintain consistent taste, texture, quantity and presentation across orders.
- Prepare mise en place before opening and restock during service.
- Minimise waste through correct portioning and FIFO stock rotation.
Hygiene and Food Safety
- Follow HACCP and Dubai Municipality food safety standards.
- Check and record fridge and chiller temperatures daily.
- Monitor expiry dates and discard products that do not meet quality standards.
- Keep preparation areas, equipment, sinks and storage clean and sanitised.
- Maintain personal hygiene and wear the required uniform, gloves and hairnet.
