Responsibilities
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and lead follow up
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
- Conduct property viewings and project presentations
- Advise clients on market trends, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities
- Promote and manage property listings across multiple platforms
- Negotiate offers and successfully close transactions
- Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
- Stay informed about Dubai’s real estate market, new launches, and industry developments
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of real estate sales experience
- Experience in Off Plan and/or Secondary Sales preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to build lasting client relationships
- Self motivated, target driven, and professional
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market advantageous
- Fluency in English required; additional languages a plus
- UAE driving licence is an advantage

About the Role
- Our client, a well established real estate brokerage in Dubai, is seeking ambitious and results driven Property Consultants to join their growing sales team.
