- Maintain an up to date understanding of the Dubai real estate market
- Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
- Ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately and efficiently
Requirements
- Proven experience in Dubai real estate sales
- Experience in secondary sales and/or off plan properties
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Self motivated, target driven, and professional
- Knowledge of the Dubai property market and RERA regulations
- RERA certification is an advantage
- UAE driving licence and own vehicle are preferred

About the Role
- We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well established real estate brokerage in Dubai, who is looking to hire experienced Property Consultants to join their growing team.
- This opportunity is ideal for motivated sales professionals with experience in Dubai's secondary and/or off plan property market who are passionate about delivering exceptional client service and achieving outstanding sales results.
