Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Property Consultants to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor new brokers and sales consultants
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Monitor team performance through regular reporting, KPI tracking, and one on one coaching sessions
- Conduct sales meetings, training workshops, and performance reviews
- Ensure all consultants maintain high levels of client service and professionalism
- Support agents in closing deals and negotiating complex transactions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and industry partners
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the Dubai property sector
- Collaborate with senior management to achieve company growth objectives
- Ensure compliance with all RERA regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai real estate sales
- Previous experience managing and leading a team of real estate agents
- Strong understanding of the Dubai property market, including secondary and off plan sales
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities
- Ability to work in a target driven, fast paced environment
- Valid UAE driving licence preferred
- RERA certification is advantageous
