Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Recruitment Specialist role based in Dubai.
- The Recruitment Specialist will manage end to end hiring processes for real estate roles.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
- Partnering with agencies to understand their staffing needs.
- Drafting and posting job descriptions.
- Maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
- Coordinating interview schedules and managing candidate communication.
- Providing timely feedback to all parties.
- Supporting onboarding and training coordination.
- Tracking recruitment metrics and improving processes.
Qualifications
- Strong recruiting and hiring skills, with experience managing full cycle recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in interviewing and candidate assessment.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Experience in training, onboarding support, or facilitating candidate transitions is an advantage.
- Previous experience in recruitment, ideally within real estate or professional services, is preferred.
- Ability to work on site in Dubai and manage multiple roles and priorities.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort using ATS and recruitment tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
