About the Opportunity
We are looking for an **experienced Secondary Market Real Estate Agent** to join our growing real estate team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in property sales and leasing, strong market knowledge, and an existing network of clients and property owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of secondary market sales and leasing properties.
- Generate new listings through networking, prospecting, and relationship building.
- Advise clients on market trends, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities.
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and repeat clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure all transactions comply with local real estate regulations and company standards.
Requirements
- Minimum **2–5 years of experience** in secondary market real estate sales and leasing.
- Proven record of successful property transactions.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
- Existing network of property owners, investors, and buyers is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations.
- Valid driving license and own vehicle preferred.
