Job Description

  • Generate and manage leads for secondary sales, leasing, and commercial properties
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate sales and leasing transactions
  • Source new property listings and keep inventory updated
  • Provide clients with market insights and investment advice
  • Ensure all transactions comply with RERA and company policies
  • Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of Dubai real estate experience in Secondary, Leasing, or Commercial
  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Self motivated with a target driven mindset
  • Valid UAE Driving License is preferred
  • RERA certification is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
