- Generate and manage leads for secondary sales, leasing, and commercial properties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate sales and leasing transactions
- Source new property listings and keep inventory updated
- Provide clients with market insights and investment advice
- Ensure all transactions comply with RERA and company policies
- Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of Dubai real estate experience in Secondary, Leasing, or Commercial
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self motivated with a target driven mindset
- Valid UAE Driving License is preferred
- RERA certification is an advantage

Job Description
