- Make daily cold calls to generate new leads and build a strong client pipeline
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional market advice
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful property transactions
- Build and maintain long term relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors
- Negotiate offers and close sales while ensuring a smooth client experience
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, new launches, and pricing
- Maintain accurate records and client interactions in the CRM system
- Ensure all transactions comply with RERA regulations and company policies
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Dubai real estate (Off Plan or Secondary Market)
- Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation
- Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and RERA regulations
- Ability to work in a target driven environment
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
