Responsibilities

  • Make daily cold calls to generate new leads and build a strong client pipeline.
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide professional market advice.
  • Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful property transactions.
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
  • Negotiate offers and close sales while ensuring a smooth client experience.
  • Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, new launches, and pricing.
  • Maintain accurate records and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with RERA regulations and company policies.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Dubai real estate (Off Plan or Secondary Market).
  • Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation.
  • Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and RERA regulations.
  • Ability to work in a target driven environment.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
