Responsibilities
- Design high quality creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms
- Create engaging social media posts, carousels, stories, banners, and promotional materials
- Design marketing assets for property launches, real estate campaigns, events, and advertisements
- Develop brochures, presentations, sales collateral, flyers, and YouTube thumbnails
- Collaborate closely with Content Strategist, Video Editors, and Marketing team
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and digital assets
- Prepare designs for both digital and print requirements
- Manage multiple design projects while ensuring timely delivery
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Graphic Design
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital and social media work
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and Canva
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects
- Attention to detail with a creative mindset
- Experience in Real Estate, Luxury, Hospitality, or Lifestyle industry (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics (Adobe After Effects) (preferred)
- Familiarity with AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or ChatGPT (preferred)

Overview
- IND Global Realty is looking for a creative and detail oriented Graphic Designer who can transform ideas into visually compelling content. You'll play a key role in shaping our digital presence by creating premium creatives for social media, branding, marketing campaigns, and real estate launches.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high quality creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Create engaging social media posts, carousels, stories, banners, and promotional materials.
- Design marketing assets for property launches, real estate campaigns, events, and advertisements.

Requirements
