Role Overview
Property Shop Investment LLC is seeking a customer-focused Listing Agent for its Secondary Market resale team in Abu Dhabi.
The role suits candidates with experience in real estate, customer service, banking, hospitality, guest relations, automotive sales, retail, or business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and secure resale property listings from landlords and property owners.
- Build relationships with landlords, buyers, and investors.
- Manage property listings across Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, and similar portals.
- Coordinate property viewings and support clients through the sales process.
- Negotiate offers and assist in closing resale transactions.
- Generate business through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
- Maintain property records and client interactions using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to maximize listing exposure.
- Deliver customer service while achieving individual and team targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a listed client-facing sales or service field is required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills are required.
- A confident, proactive, and target-driven personality is required.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Listing acquisition or secondary real estate market experience is highly preferred but not mandatory.
- CRM experience with Odoo, Bitrix24, Salesforce, SAP, or similar software is advantageous.
- Experience with Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, or similar marketplaces is highly desirable.
- UAE real estate, premium-client, landlord-management, or property-listing experience is advantageous.
- A UAE driving license is advantageous.
