- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the seafood retail store, ensuring efficient workflow
- Supervise store staff and assist in the training and development of team members
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Monitor stock levels to ensure proper stock availability and prevent overstocking or stockouts
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of fresh seafood and other products
- Implement stock rotation practices to maintain product quality and minimize waste
- Ensure exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving any issues or complaints promptly
- Maintain a customer friendly atmosphere and promote upselling opportunities
- Monitor sales performance and suggest strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the team to develop recipes, create seafood specials, and provide expertise on seafood preparation techniques
- Analyze sales trends, track customer preferences, and adjust product offerings accordingly
- Support marketing and promotional campaigns within the retail environment

Role Overview
- As Seafood Retail Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of seafood retail stores, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, ensuring product quality, and driving sales growth.
