Role Overview

  • The Commercial Operations & Sales Excellence Executive is responsible for supporting the commercial team through data analysis, business intelligence, CRM administration, sales planning, reporting, and process optimization.
  • The role acts as the operational backbone of the Commercial Department, ensuring that sales activities, customer data, pipeline management, reporting, and performance analytics are translated into actionable insights.

Commercial Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop and maintain commercial dashboards and KPI reports using Power BI, Salesforce, and ERP data.
  • Analyse sales performance by customer, category, salesperson, supplier, channel, and product.
  • Monitor revenue, gross profit, product mix, customer penetration, and growth trends.
  • Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly commercial performance reports.
  • Identify opportunities, risks, and performance gaps requiring management attention.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and sales planning exercises.

CRM & Salesforce Administration

  • Act as the key administrator and super user for Salesforce.
  • Monitor CRM compliance, data quality, and pipeline accuracy.
  • Ensure opportunities, activities, and customer records are properly maintained.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and workflows to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Train and support users on CRM best practices.
  • Drive CRM adoption across the commercial team.

Sales Operations Support

  • Support the sales team with account analysis, customer reviews, and business development initiatives.
  • Prepare customer performance reviews and profitability analyses.
  • Assist in sales planning and territory management.
  • Coordinate sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and action tracking.
  • Support implementation of sales processes and operating procedures.

Business Intelligence & Process Improvement

  • Translate operational and transactional data into commercial insights.
  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting and reduce manual processes.
  • Support integration between ERP, CRM, and Business Intelligence systems.
  • Develop analytical tools that improve decision making and sales productivity.
  • Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and accountability.

Commercial Governance

  • Maintain key commercial KPIs and performance scorecards.
  • Support incentive calculations and performance tracking.
  • Ensure consistency and integrity of commercial data.
  • Assist management with ad hoc analysis and strategic projects.

Compensation

  • Pay: AED 1,524.65 AED 15,613.86 per month.

Work Location

  • In person in Dubai, UAE.
