Role Overview
- As a Seafood Retail Operations Executive, you will oversee day to day operations of seafood retail stores, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, ensuring product quality, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the seafood retail store, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Supervise store staff and assist in the training and development of team members.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels to ensure proper stock availability and prevent overstocking or stockouts.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of fresh seafood and other products.
- Implement stock rotation practices to maintain product quality and minimize waste.
- Ensure exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving any issues or complaints promptly.
- Maintain a customer friendly atmosphere and promote upselling opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance and suggest strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to develop recipes, create seafood specials, and provide expertise on seafood preparation techniques.
- Analyze sales trends, track customer preferences, and adjust product offerings accordingly.
- Support marketing and promotional campaigns within the retail environment.
Pay
- Pay: AED1,934.20 AED7,793.47 per month
