About the Role
CHI Seafood LLC is seeking an IT Support Specialist to manage end-to-end IT infrastructure, hardware assets, and end-user support. The role covers user onboarding/offboarding, IT asset lifecycle, networking, retail IT systems, and troubleshooting across all outlets.

Responsibilities
- Set up laptops, email accounts, and user profiles for new employees
- Manage user accounts and permissions via Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID
- Maintain comprehensive IT asset register and track asset lifecycle
- Provide first line support for hardware, connectivity, and peripheral issues
- Troubleshoot Wi Fi and network connectivity issues across all locations
- Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, POS machines
- Perform basic to intermediate network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, switches, firewalls)
- Ensure full time uptime of IP camera systems across all locations
- Manage Microsoft 365 user accounts, licenses, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Coordinate with external IT vendors for repair, maintenance, and support services
Requirements
- Working knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory
- Basic to intermediate networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi Fi, switches)
- Hardware troubleshooting experience with laptops, desktops, printers, POS terminals
- Familiarity with IP cameras, sound systems, UPS, and display systems
- Valid UAE driving license (application question)

Overview
- The IT Specialist role is responsible for end to end management of IT infrastructure, hardware assets, and end user support across the organization.
- Covers user onboarding/offboarding, IT asset lifecycle management, networking, peripheral and consumables management, retail IT systems, and first line/intermediate troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up laptops, email accounts (Microsoft 365), and user profiles for new employees.
- Arrange SIM cards, accessories, and landline extensions.
- Configure HR mobile app and other standard applications on user devices.
- Manage user accounts and permissions via Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID.
- Support workplace setup and user relocation/shifting requirements.
- Ensure smooth offboarding including account deactivation and asset retrieval.
- Maintain comprehensive IT asset register covering all IT related assets.
- Tag and record all assets with barcodes.
- Track asset lifecycle from procurement to retirement, including repair history.
- Follow up on IT purchases and ensure records are updated accurately.
- Provide first line support for daily IT issues including hardware, connectivity, and peripheral problems.
- Troubleshoot Wi Fi and network connectivity issues for users across all locations.
Technical Skills Involved
- Working knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
- Basic to intermediate networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi Fi, switches).
- Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID – user account and access management.
- Hardware troubleshooting: laptops, desktops, printers, POS terminals, peripherals.
- Familiarity with IP cameras, sound systems, UPS, and display systems.
- Understanding of IT asset management practices.
