Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (planning, stand ups, reviews, retrospectives), ensuring they are efficient and outcome focused
- Support squads in defining clear sprint goals and maintaining delivery cadence
- Ensure backlog readiness and alignment with sprint objectives
- Identify and remove blockers that impact squad delivery
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve cross functional issues
- Escalate systemic impediments affecting delivery timelines
- Maintain visibility of sprint progress, delivery cadence, and key metrics (e.g. velocity, completion rate)
- Track and communicate risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges
- Support Product Managers and AI Product Lead with accurate delivery insights
- Identify and manage dependencies across squads
- Ensure alignment across engineering, data, and business teams
- Support smooth coordination of cross functional delivery activities
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Roles
- Experience facilitating delivery in AI, data, or digital product environments is preferred
- Experience with digital first organizations is preferred (FAANG, digital scale ups)
- Coaching and developing cross functional squad members and product managers
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (IT, Business, Engineering)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) required
- SAFe or equivalent enterprise agile certification is a plus

Who we are looking for
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Roles

- Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
- Delivery tracking and backlog management tools (e.g. Jira)
- Managing dependencies in multi squad environments
- Understanding of product led delivery models
- Awareness of AI enabled / agentic delivery patterns
- Facilitation and coaching techniques
Behavioral Competencies
- Strong facilitation and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams
- Ability to influence and drive alignment without formal authority
- Strong execution focus, ensuring delivery commitments are met
