The Opportunity

Who We're Looking For

  • Dubai based founders (applications from outside the UAE will not be considered)
  • An established real estate advisory firm, boutique, or proven track record as a founder — with real mandates and revenue to point to
  • 10+ years in real estate professional services across one or more of: Advisory, Investment, Development, Asset management, Real estate finance, Capital markets, Structuring, Strategic consulting in the built environment, Brokerage
  • A proven ability to originate mandates and advise senior stakeholders — developers, investors, institutions, lenders, landlords, and family offices
  • A strong network across the UAE or wider GCC real estate ecosystem
  • A clear, commercial vision for taking your firm to the next stage — and the leadership to build a high performing team around it
  • Genuinely entrepreneurial — you've built something, and you're ready to scale it beyond what you can achieve on your own
