Requirements
- Dubai based founders (applications from outside the UAE will not be considered)
- An established advisory firm, corporate finance boutique, or proven track record as a founder — with real mandates and revenue to point to
- 10+ years across M&A, corporate finance, deal advisory, transaction services, private equity advisory, capital raising, strategic growth advisory, financial due diligence, debt advisory, or family office advisory
- A proven ability to originate mandates and advise senior decision makers
- Strong relationships across founders, family offices, investors, corporates, and financial institutions
- A clear, commercial vision for taking your firm to the next stage — and the leadership to build a high performing team around it
- Genuinely entrepreneurial — you've built something, and you're ready to scale it beyond what you can achieve on your own

The Opportunity
- Hamilton Bradshaw is the private family office of James Caan CBE, one of the UK's most recognised entrepreneurs and a former Dragons' Den investor.
- We partner with established M&A and corporate finance founders to scale their advisory platforms across the GCC.
- This is a partnership between founders and a strategic investor. It is not a job opening.
- You've already proven you can win mandates and deliver outcomes.
- We bring the investment, infrastructure, and three decades of experience scaling people led professional services firms into market leaders.

Who We're Looking For
