- Partner with Hamilton Bradshaw for investment, platform, and strategic support
- Help private and public sector clients accelerate digital transformation, optimise data value, and adopt AI
Requirements
- Dubai based founder (applications from outside UAE not considered)
- Established consultancy or proven track record as a founder with real clients and revenue
- 10+ years in digital transformation consulting, AI strategy, data/analytics, technology, cloud, automation, or process re engineering
- Proven ability to advise senior stakeholders and lead complex transformation programmes
- Clear commercial vision for scaling the firm and leadership to build a high performing team

The Opportunity
- Hamilton Bradshaw is the private family office of investor and Dragons' Den star James Caan CBE.
- We partner with Digital Transformation founders to scale specialist advisory firms in the GCC.
- This is a Founder – Strategic Investor partnership opportunity, not a job vacancy.

Who We're Looking For
- Dubai based founders (applications from outside the UAE will not be considered).
- An established consultancy, advisory practice, or proven track record as a founder with real clients and revenue.
- 10+ years across digital transformation consulting; AI strategy, data, and analytics; technology, cloud, automation, or process re engineering.
- Proven ability to advise senior stakeholders and lead complex transformation programmes.
- A clear, commercial vision for taking your firm to the next stage and the leadership to build a high performing team.
- Genuinely entrepreneurial – you've built something and are ready to scale it beyond what you can achieve on your own.
