About the Role
Madre Integrated Engineering is hiring a Scaffolding Inspector for offshore projects in Doha. The role requires CISRS/TUV certification, 5-7 years offshore scaffolding experience, and multiple safety certifications.

Responsibilities
- Conduct daily and scheduled inspections of scaffolding structures to ensure compliance with CISRS/NOC standards and project specifications
- Enforce offshore HSE requirements, including permit to work systems, confined space entry, and working at heights protocols
- Implement and maintain scaffold tagging (green/amber/red) to indicate scaffold status and safety
- Prepare inspection reports, maintain scaffold registers, and submit NCRs (Non Conformance Reports) when required
- Liaise with scaffold foremen, supervisors, and multi discipline teams to ensure safe access solutions
- Confirm scaffold load ratings and suitability for intended work activities
- Provide toolbox talks and guidance to scaffolders on safe erection, modification, and dismantling practices
- Support emergency response drills and ensure scaffold safety during adverse weather or evacuation scenarios
- Verify scaffold materials, fittings, and erection methods against approved standards
- Recommend improvements in scaffold design and safety practices to enhance offshore operations
Requirements
- Diploma / Technical Certificate in Engineering or relevant trade
- CISRS / TUV / equivalent Scaffolding Inspector certification
- Minimum 5 7 years offshore scaffolding experience, including inspection roles
- BOSIET / HUET (OPITO certified)
- Basic H2S Training
- Permit to Work System Training
- Rescue at Height Training
- Work at Height Training

Qualifications
