About the Role
Madre Integrated Engineering is hiring a Heavy Vehicle Mechanic in Doha for a 2-month contract. The role involves inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical faults in heavy trucks and commercial vehicles.

Responsibilities
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical faults in heavy trucks and commercial vehicles
- Perform maintenance and repair of diesel engines, gearboxes, clutches, differentials, and drive systems
- Diagnose and repair air brake, hydraulic brake, steering, and suspension systems
- Carry out preventive and scheduled maintenance according to manufacturer requirements
- Repair or replace damaged engine components, belts, hoses, bearings, filters, and seals
- Conduct engine overhauling and major mechanical repairs when required
- Troubleshoot overheating, oil leakage, abnormal noise, vibration, and performance issues
- Inspect and maintain fuel injection, cooling, lubrication, and exhaust systems
- Use diagnostic tools and workshop equipment to identify mechanical problems
- Conduct road tests and final inspections after completing repairs
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, spare parts, and inspection findings
- Report major defects and spare part requirements to the supervisor
Requirements
- ITI, Diploma, or technical certification in Automobile Engineering, Diesel Mechanics, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Truck or Heavy Vehicle Mechanic
- Strong experience working with heavy trucks, trailers, buses, or commercial vehicles
- Good knowledge of diesel engines, transmission, clutch, braking, suspension, and steering systems
- Experience in engine overhauling and major mechanical repairs
- Ability to read technical manuals and understand mechanical drawings
- Ability to use diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and workshop machinery
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Basic communication skills in English
