Responsibilities
- Design, inspect, and manage complex scaffold structures for tanks, vessels, pipelines, offshore platforms, and other industrial environments
- Ensure adherence to international scaffolding standards and safety regulations
- Develop technical reports, procedures, and documentation
- Conduct risk assessment and cost control for scaffolding projects
- Collaborate with clients and project management consultants
Requirements
- Mechanical Diploma with Advanced Scaffolding Certifications including CISRS Advance Scaffolding Inspection, CISRS Basic Scaffolding Inspection, CISRS Scaffolder Supervisor, TUV SUD Scaffolding Inspector Certifications, and ADNOC Offshore Scaffolding Inspector Approval
- Over 10 years of comprehensive experience, including more than 5 years of specialized expertise in offshore oil and gas and petrochemical industries
- Sound knowledge in Mechanical engineering with comprehensive expertise in designing, inspecting, and managing complex scaffold structures for tanks, vessels, pipelines, offshore platforms
- Proven proficiency in international safety standards and HSE
- Excellent English communication skills with proven ability to develop technical reports, procedures, and documentation
- Skilled in handling multiple scaffold types for tanks, vessels, and industrial equipment, with strong focus on safety, compliance, and technical precision
- Demonstrates expertise in project management, including strategic planning, cost control, and risk assessment

Minimum Required Qualifications
- Specialty: Sound knowledge in Mechanical engineering with comprehensive expertise in designing, inspecting, and managing complex scaffold structures for tanks, vessels, pipelines, offshore platforms etc, with proven proficiency in international safety standards and HSE.
