About the Role

Responsibilities
- Design, inspect, and manage complex scaffold structures for tanks, vessels, pipelines, offshore platforms, etc.
- Ensure compliance with international safety standards and HSE regulations.
- Handle multiple scaffold types for tanks, vessels, and industrial equipment.
- Develop technical reports, procedures, and documentation.
- Manage projects including strategic planning, cost control, and risk assessment.
- Ensure adherence to international scaffolding standards.
Requirements
- Mechanical Diploma with Advanced Scaffolding Certifications (CISRS Advanced, Basic, Supervisor; TUV SUD; ADNOC Offshore Approval)
- Over 10 years of comprehensive scaffolding experience, including more than 5 years in offshore oil and gas and petrochemical industries
- ADNOC OFFSHORE Approvals
- Excellent English communication skills
- Proven ability to develop technical reports, procedures, and documentation
- UAE Driving license not required

- Position: Scaffolding Inspector

- Reporting to: Team Leader/Project Manager/ADNOC OFFSHORE
- Key Working Relationship: INY Manager, Site Team Leader, Technical Manager, Deputy Technical Manager, Customers/Clients/Project Management Consultants
- Location: UAE
Minimum Required Qualifications
- Sound knowledge in Mechanical engineering with comprehensive expertise in designing, inspecting, and managing complex scaffold structures for tanks, vessels, pipelines, offshore platforms etc.
- Proven proficiency in international safety standards and HSE.
- Mechanical Diploma with Advanced Scaffolding Certifications and Approvals, including CISRS Advance Scaffolding Inspection, CISRS Basic Scaffolding Inspection, CISRS Scaffolder Supervisor, TUV SUD Scaffolding Inspector Certifications, ADNOC Offshore Scaffolding Inspector Approval.
- Site Safety Induction training.
- UAE Driving license not required.
- Over 10 years of comprehensive experience, including more than 5 years of specialized expertise in offshore oil and gas and petrochemical industries.
- Holds ADNOC OFFSHORE Approvals.
- Excellent English communication skills with proven ability to develop technical reports, procedures, and documentation.
- Skilled in handling multiple scaffold types for tanks, vessels, and industrial equipment.
- Demonstrates expertise in project management, including strategic planning, cost control, and risk assessment.
- Commitment to operational excellence and delivering high quality scaffolding solutions.
