SAP Technical Specialist – Enterprise Solutions (Japanese Speaking)

As demand in our Asia market grows, specifically in Japan, we're looking for an SAP Technical Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in customer success and product excellence .

This is a remote work from home position, and while you don't need to be located in Japan, you must be available to work JST hours, and speak fluent English and Japanese.

As an SAP Technical Specialist, you will take ownership of product implementations, support solution customization within the SAP framework, automate business processes, get involved with product development and deliver compelling, technical sound sales demos.

This is a highly collaborative customer-facing role that combines deep SAP Technical skills with excellent communication a nd problem-solving abilities.

• Lead technical aspects of product implementation for customers using SAP S/4HANA and/or SuccessFactors.
• Customize and configure SAP systems to support integration with our document archiving solution.
• Work with product development to provide feature and design inputs as well as help with actual feature development.
• Work closely with customers, project managers, and internal developers to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver successful deployments.
