Business Operations Coordinator (Entry-Level)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented entry-level Business Operations Coordinator to join our growing team.

This is a true entry-level opportunity designed for a recent university graduate or a candidate with internship or co-op experience, who’s interested in gaining hands-on exposure across multiple areas of business operations.

In this role, you will support day-to-day initiatives across Operations, Finance, Marketing , Services Delivery and Sales.

Your primary objective will be to help streamline, improve, automate, and coordinate tasks that support the efficiency and scalability of the business.

This role is ideal for someone who is curious, organized, proactive and eager to learn how different business functions work together.

You will gain exposure to a variety of different projects and responsibilities that can help shape your long-term career path in business operations, professional services, project coordination, marketing, finance, or strategy.

This role will have you working out of our Gastown office 3 days a week.
