Job Title - SAP Support Intern (Final Year Internship Program)

Job Summary

We are inviting applications from final-year students for our structured SAP Internship Program in Saudi Arabia.

This program is designed to provide hands-on exposure to SAP support services, including incident management, customer interaction, and business process understanding.

Interns will undergo a structured training program followed by real-time project exposure, working closely with experienced teams on SAP Tax & Revenue Management and support operations.

High-performing candidates will be considered for full-time employment opportunities with the organization upon successful completion of the internship.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Currently pursuing graduation in IT or an equivalent discipline
  • Must be in the final semester of the university program
  • University letter confirming availability for a 6-month internship is mandatory
  • Must be a Saudi National
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English

Key Skills

  • Basic understanding of SAP concepts; exposure to SAP Tax & Revenue Management is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple activities simultaneously
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Positive attitude with adaptability, flexibility, and willingness to learn
  • Basic understanding of ticketing tools or support processes (good to have)
  • Willingness to work in a rotational 24x7 shift environment

Responsibilities

  • Support SAP application services by monitoring and managing tickets using ticketing tools (e.g., Remedy or similar)
  • Handle initial level queries from clients via email and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams/Zoom)
  • Assist in resolving support incidents and work orders under supervision
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Participate in root cause analysis for recurring issues and major incidents
  • Support the development of workarounds and permanent fixes for identified problems
  • Create and maintain knowledge base articles (KBAs) and documentation for common solutions
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion
  • Collaborate effectively with team members across onsite and offshore teams
  • Adhere to defined processes, SLAs, and quality standards
  • Actively participate in training sessions and learning initiatives as part of the internship program
