- Undertake functional solution responsibilities considering SAP TRM / PSCD
- Understand business processes and challenges by applying SAP standard processes
- Provide support to project managers in sharing tasks, project planning, deliverable specification, and effort estimations
- Responsible for client interaction and management during all workshops, meetings, and informal contacts
- Lead or support workshops while ensuring all requirements are captured and compared to planned scope
- Clearly articulate requirements and identify gaps by agreeing with customer
- Support project managers in bringing clarity on additional scope and effort estimations
- Conduct or support meetings, provide regular updates to customer / project team members
- Ensure all risks and mitigation processes within solution are identified and documented
- Support and prepare all project deliverables and actively participate in complete project life cycle documentation
- Periodically monitor and support progress of activities within solution scope and take timely actions to avoid delays
- Support or lead demo or proof of concept (PoC) preparations and conduct business process demonstrations
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with TRM project implementations
- Expert level knowledge concerning SAP TRM and PSCD
- Excellent understanding of Tax Authority business processes and legislation
- Exposure to multiple Implementation methodologies like ASAP, Activate, Waterfall, Scrum etc.
- Excellent communication skills in all areas (oral, aural, written)
- Strong coaching and leadership skills
- Strong presentation skills at all levels of engagement with the customer
- Leadership and management of assigned team members

Role Overview
- The TRM Associate Managing Consultant role is a combination of functional solutioning, client facing, and team leader responsibilities.
- Their role involves frequent communication with clients and their project team members with a focus on SAP Tax & Revenue Management solutions.
- The Senior Consultant guides his team to meet the customer requirements while considering functional and technical specifics for a solution deployment in an existing SAP S/4 HANA system environment.
- The role also requires working as an individual contributor to the customer project to add value based on his functional domain expertise in taxation and accounting.
Responsibilities
- Undertakes functional solution responsibilities considering SAP TRM / PSCD
- Understands the business processes and business challenges by applying SAP standard processes wherever possible
- Provides support to project manager(s) in sharing the various tasks of their solution to conclude on the project planning, deliverable specification, and effort estimations
- Responsible for client interaction and management during all workshops, meetings, and informal contacts

- Clearly articulates the requirements and identifies the gaps by agreeing with the customer including potential additional scope

Qualifications and Experience
- 8+ years of experience with TRM project implementations
- Expert level knowledge concerning SAP TRM and PSCD
- Excellent understanding of Tax Authority business processes and legislation
- Follows industry trends and focuses to become a thought leader in his area of expertise
- Exposure to new technologies in the SAP space for functional considerations
- Exposed to multiple Implementation methodologies like ASAP, Activate, Waterfall, Scrum etc.
- Able to communicate with customer confidently, convince / coach clients on the most appropriate solution and agree on an effective way forward
- Excellent communication skills in all areas (oral, aural, written)
- Strong coaching and leadership skills with interest in consultants in their area of expertise
- Strong presentation skills at all levels of engagement with the customer
- Leadership and management of assigned team members
