- Support SAP SuccessFactors implementation activities across one or more modules
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and support solution design
- Configure system based on business requirements within your module(s)
- Assist in testing activities (SIT/UAT) and resolve defects
- Support workshops, documentation, and go live readiness activities
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery
Requirements
- 3 to 8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience with one or more SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, LMS, Performance & Goals, Compensation)
- Ability to gather requirements and support solution design
- Experience in system configuration based on business requirements
- Experience in testing activities (SIT/UAT) and defect resolution
