• We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Solution Architect specializing in Planning and
• Datasphere to join our Retail track. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP solutions that support our retail operations, with a particular focus on planning processes and leveraging SAP Datasphere for advanced analytics and data integration.
• This role requires a combination of deep technical expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end SAP solutions for retail planning, forecasting, and inventory management utilizing SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), SAP Datasphere, and related modules.
• Lead the architecture and integration of SAP Datasphere for data warehousing, advanced analytics, and real-time data processing to support retail business needs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable, sustainable SAP solutions within the retail landscape.
• Develop and maintain architecture blueprints, technical documentation, and solution roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP Planning solutions, Datasphere, and other retail systems (e.g., POS, ERP, CRM).
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring best practices in SAP architecture, data modeling, and solution delivery.
• Support change management, user training, and adoption strategies for new SAP functionalities in the retail domain.
• Stay abreast of SAP releases, innovations, and retail industry trends to continuously enhance solution offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of SAP experience, with at least 3 years as a Solution Architect in SAP
• Planning (IBP/APO) and Datasphere (or SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Data Warehouse Cloud).
• Proven experience delivering SAP solutions in the retail sector, with a solid understanding of retail planning, merchandising, and supply chain processes.
• Strong expertise in SAP Datasphere architecture, data integration, and advanced analytics.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, and integration tools (e.g., SAP CPI, PI/PO).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary project teams.
• SAP certification(s) in relevant areas (IBP, Datasphere, S/4HANA) preferred.
