Role Summary
- The Business Analyst supports demand management, business analysis, and documentation across IT initiatives, ensuring demand is well defined and ready for prioritization and solution design.
Key Responsibilities

- Hands on ServiceNow SPM experience.
Certifications
- CBAP or PMI PBA certification is advantageous.

- Demand documentation completed and accepted without material rework.
- Analysis outputs support prioritization and solution design.
- Backlog and lifecycle documentation maintained accurately and kept up to date.
