Responsibilities: AMS Support & Incident Management . Provide L2/L3 support for CPI interfaces in production and non-production systems. . Troubleshoot integration failures (IDoc, OData, REST, SOAP, SFTP, RFC, Proxy). . Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes. . Work within SLA and KPI frameworks (response time, resolution time, availability). . Coordinate with functional teams, BASIS, security, and external vendors. Enhancements & Continuous Improvement . Implement minor enhancements and change requests within AMS scope. . Optimize existing iFlows for performance, scalability, and resilience. . Refactor mappings and Groovy scripts for maintainability. . Proactively identify recurring issues and implement preventive solutions. Technical Development . Develop and modify iFlows using: . Message Mapping & XSLT . Groovy scripting . Content modifiers . Exception subprocesses . Local integration processes . Handle error-handling frameworks and logging strategies. . Maintain secure authentication mechanisms (OAuth2, SAML, certificates, Basic). . Manage transports across DEV, QA, and PROD landscapes. Monitoring & Governance . Monitor integrations using CPI monitoring tools and external monitoring platforms. . Maintain technical documentation and runbooks. . Participate in release management and deployment planning. . Ensure compliance with security, audit, and data protection standards. Must-Have Skills: Technical Core Skills . SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite . iFlow development & enhancement . Groovy scripting . XML, JSON, XSD . Message Mapping & XSLT . OData V2/V4 . SOAP & REST APIs . IDoc & RFC adapters . SFTP, HTTPS adapters . OAuth2, SAML, SSL Certificates . Transport & version management . API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI) Experience . 4–6 years of integration experience . 4–6 years in SAP CPI / BTP integration Certifications (Preferred) . SAP Certified Development Associate – SAP Integration Suite . Integration certification
