Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP C4C solutions.
- Configure and maintain SAP C4C functionality, workflows, and business processes.
- Support SAP Sales Cloud and Service Cloud capabilities.
- Support integrations between SAP C4C and other enterprise systems.
- Collaborate on APIs, middleware, and integration requirements.
- Troubleshoot incidents, service requests, and production issues.
- Deliver enhancements, testing, deployments, and releases.
