Role Overview
The CDP / SAP Emarsys Data Engineer will shape customer data capabilities supporting connected marketing and business outcomes.
The role works across customer data platforms, integration points, and downstream systems to improve data reliability and usability.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain customer data ingestion, transformation, pipelines, and ETL processes.
- Develop and support integrations between source systems, CDP, SAP Emarsys, and downstream platforms.
- Work with customer data models and structures while ensuring data quality, consistency, governance, and performance.
- Support customer segmentation, marketing data, campaign, and customer analytics requirements.
- Troubleshoot data integration and quality issues, analyze incidents, and implement resolutions.
- Collaborate with functional, marketing, integration, and technical teams.
- Support testing, deployment, and production activities.
