Role Overview
Contribute to enterprise integration work connecting critical platforms, applications, and data flows.
Design and support robust, secure, and scalable integration solutions with technical and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and maintain enterprise integration solutions using IBM Integration Bus.
- Design IIB message flows and develop ESQL transformations based on business and technical requirements.
- Integrate applications, databases, middleware platforms, and external systems using IBM MQ, REST, SOAP, HTTP/HTTPS, and JMS.
- Implement synchronous and asynchronous integration patterns, data mappings, and reusable integration components.
- Troubleshoot integration failures across development, testing, and production environments and perform root-cause analysis.
- Support testing, deployment, production releases, flow monitoring, and investigation of message and connectivity issues.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, infrastructure, DevOps, business analysts, and release teams.
- Prepare technical documentation, interface specifications, deployment documents, and support procedures.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and production incident support within agreed SLAs.
- Participate in on-call or after-hours support when required.
