SAP Business Analyst (Arabic) - Indian Not Applicable

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements from Arabic speaking stakeholders into detailed functional specifications for SAP modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Design and configure SAP solutions, focusing on modules relevant to the business, and conduct thorough testing to validate functionality and user acceptance.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with end users and IT teams to gather requirements, demonstrate solutions, and provide training on SAP functionalities.
• Analyze existing business processes in Arabic speaking regions, identify areas for improvement, and propose SAP driven solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Develop comprehensive test scripts and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring the SAP system accurately reflects business needs and performs as expected.
• Provide post implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with technical teams to resolve SAP related problems for Arabic speaking users.
• Create and maintain clear, concise documentation, including process flows, user manuals, and configuration guides, in both Arabic and English.
• Bridge the communication gap between business users and the technical development team, ensuring a shared understanding of project goals and deliverables.
• Manage change requests and assess their impact on the SAP system and business processes, providing recommendations for implementation.
• Stay updated on the latest SAP functionalities and industry best practices, particularly those relevant to the Middle Eastern market, to drive continuous improvement.
