Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from banking stakeholders
- Review Business Requirement Specifications (BRS) and prepare Functional Specifications and Test Cases
- Participate in Loan IQ implementation, customization, configuration, and support activities
- Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect management, and production deployments
- Work closely with business users, developers, system analysts, and vendors to deliver banking solutions
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve Loan IQ functional and interface related issues
- Support system integrations with core banking and third party applications
- Prepare user documentation, training materials, and process workflows
- Track changes, enhancements, and implementation activities throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with banking standards, security policies, and data confidentiality requirements
Requirements
- Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from banking stakeholders
- Experience with Loan IQ implementation, customization, configuration, and support
- Ability to prepare Functional Specifications and Test Cases
- Experience in SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect management, and production deployments
- Knowledge of system integrations with core banking and third party applications
- Strong documentation and communication skills
