Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain security architectures and frameworks
- Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing
- Monitor security alerts and incidents, responding promptly to mitigate risks
- Oversee management of security appliances including patch management for firewalls, NAC, load balancers
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate security into operations
- Maintain compliance of security devices with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Stay up to date with latest security trends and recommend improvements
- Provide security training and awareness programs for employees
- Support incident response activities including investigations and remediation
- Evaluate and implement security tools such as PAM, FIM, EDR, XDR
- Work with IT and development teams to ensure secure software development practices
- Manage and secure cloud solutions following best practices
Requirements
- Security Engineering experience
- Experience with security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing
- Knowledge of security appliances including firewalls, NAC, load balancers
- Experience with PAM, FIM, EDR, XDR
- Cloud security experience
- Networking Engineering background is an added advantage

Functional Responsibilities
