Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and prepare Business Requirement Specifications (BRS) and Functional Specifications
- Work closely with business users, developers, testers, and vendors to deliver banking solutions
- Perform business process analysis and mapping
- Prepare and execute test cases, support SIT/UAT activities, and manage defect life cycles
- Ensure successful implementation, enhancement, and support of Finastra EQUATION Core Banking applications
- Coordinate system integration activities with core banking and related banking applications
- Track and document changes to business requirements and specifications
- Prepare user manuals, training materials, and operational procedures
- Support loan administration and core banking business functions
- Ensure compliance with data protection, confidentiality, and banking security standards
Requirements
- 5 10 years of experience
- Experience with Finastra EQUATION Core Banking applications
- Ability to prepare BRS and Functional Specifications
- Experience in test case preparation and execution
- Knowledge of system integration and defect management
