Experience and Expertise

• Experience coordinating cross-functional SAP dependencies and supporting the full project lifecycle is required.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and SAP Activate is preferred; SAP S/4HANA implementation experience is highly desirable.

What You Will Do

• Lead SAP technical delivery for implementation, enhancement, rollout, and support projects.
• Translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions and specifications.
• Establish development standards, technical governance, and best practices.
• Lead SAP RICEF design, development, delivery, and technical quality reviews.
• Coordinate SAP functional, Basis, security, GRC, integration, data migration, testing, reporting, infrastructure, and cloud teams.
• Lead integrations using IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, APIs, file-based integrations, and middleware.
• Coordinate testing, defect resolution, release readiness, transport management, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide post-go-live hypercare support.
