Project Delivery Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery and define scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, success criteria, plans, schedules, resources, and budgets.
- Drive governance, risk and escalation management, stakeholder decision-making, steering committees, status reviews, and reporting.
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, business stakeholders, vendors, and executive leadership.
- Oversee Reltio entity modeling, match and merge rules, survivorship, stewardship workflows, data governance, and reference data management.
- Lead cross-functional teams, manage resources, mentor staff, and drive delivery excellence.
- Monitor KPIs, quality metrics, risks, dependencies, SDLC, Agile, and organizational delivery processes.
- Manage data migration, source onboarding, mapping, validation, APIs, ETL, cloud platforms, downstream systems, deployment, and production stabilization.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, invoicing, financial tracking, contractual obligations, and delivery commitments.
Experience and Technical Requirements
- 8 or more years of overall IT experience, including 5 or more years of project management experience delivering enterprise MDM and Reltio programs.
- Strong knowledge of MDM, data governance, data quality, data stewardship, Customer 360 or Product 360, data migration, and enterprise data integration.
- Experience managing enterprise-scale Reltio implementations and understanding of the Reltio platform, Reltio Integration Hub, APIs, and integration architecture.
- Knowledge of ETL or data warehouse concepts, SQL, data analysis, and cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent management qualification and listed professional certifications are preferred.
