About the Position

The Data Analyst - Business Consultant analyzes business data, identifies trends, and generates actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

The role works with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate complex data into recommendations, and support process improvements.

The position combines analytical expertise, business acumen, and consulting capabilities.

What You Will Do

  • Collect, validate, clean, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources.
  • Create dashboards, reports, scorecards, and visualizations for business decisions.
  • Translate business requirements into analysis and actionable recommendations.
  • Identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business opportunities.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance reporting.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Conduct performance analysis and recommend improvements to operational efficiency.
  • Perform data validation and quality checks for accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on challenges and data-driven solutions.
  • Support strategic initiatives through quantitative analysis and impact assessment.
  • Present findings and recommendations to business and leadership teams.
  • Define reporting standards, metrics, and performance measurement frameworks.

Expertise You Will Bring

  • 3 to 5 years of experience is specified for the role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with data analysis using SQL, Excel, and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience with dashboard development, reporting, and data visualization best practices.
  • Ability to perform data validation, trend analysis, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
  • Knowledge of KPI development, business metrics, data modeling, data quality, and reporting frameworks.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis, relational databases, query optimization, and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, attention to detail, and prioritization skills.
