Role Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented SAP Data Migration Specialist with strong ABAP programming expertise to join our team.

This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless transition of critical business data from our legacy SAP environment to our new ERP system.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end data migration lifecycle, focusing on high-quality extraction, transformation, and validation processes.

Data Migration Strategy: Participate in full-cycle data migration activities, from initial analysis and extraction to final cutover, ensuring minimal downtime and business continuity.

ABAP Development: Design, develop, and optimize robust SAP ABAP programs specifically tailored for complex data extraction and translation requirements.

Collaborative Data Governance: Partner closely with functional teams to define and refine data mapping, cleansing, and validation rules.

Actively contribute to improving overall data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems.

Testing and Reconciliation: Lead the execution of comprehensive test runs and data reconciliations.

Validate data integrity throughout every stage of the migration to ensure 100% accuracy post-transfer.

Support and Troubleshooting: Provide dedicated post-migration support, proactively identifying and resolving any data-related issues or discrepancies that arise during or after the transition.

Required Technical Skills and Experience Skill Category Requirements ABAP Development Strong proficiency in ABAP, including Report programming, Function Modules, and Data Dictionary objects.

Data Migration Proven track record in end-to-end SAP data migration projects.

Analytical Ability Strong experience in data mapping, complex data cleansing, and performing data reconciliation.

ERP Knowledge Deep understanding of SAP table structures and experience translating data for integration into new ERP environments.
