- Supervise the daily operations of the salon and ensure smooth service delivery
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of stylists, therapists, technicians, and reception staff
- Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience and promptly resolve client concerns
- Manage appointment flow, staff scheduling, and operational efficiency
- Monitor service quality and ensure adherence to luxury brand standards
- Support achievement of sales targets through service and retail product recommendations
- Oversee inventory levels, stock ordering, and product displays
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations
- Assist with staff training, onboarding, and performance management
- Prepare operational reports and communicate business updates to management
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a salon, spa, hospitality, or luxury retail environment
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
- Strong customer service and relationship building skills
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with salon booking systems and basic computer applications
- Sales oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
