Compensation & Role Details

  • Base salary competitive, disclosed at interview.
  • Commission: Tier 1 close (AED 1M) = 5% (AED 50,000 per closing).
  • Commission: Tier 2 close (AED 500K) = 3% (AED 15,000 per closing).
  • Bonus: AED 2,000 fixed for closing 10 Tier 3 contracts in a calendar month.
  • Employment Type: Full Time, On Site.
  • Working Hours: Sunday – Thursday (flexibility for investor events).
  • Office: Suite 511, Fairmont Hotel, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

  • Execute daily structured cold calling campaigns targeting HNWIs, real estate investors, and existing salon owners.
  • Build and maintain personal outreach pipeline via WhatsApp, LinkedIn, phone, and referral networks.
  • Receive and respond to inbound leads within 30 minutes.
  • Qualify prospects against investment capacity and business ownership profile.
  • Conduct face to face discovery calls and franchise presentations.
  • Deliver structured daily updates and weekly/monthly pipeline reports.
  • Close signed franchise agreements across all three tiers.
  • Coordinate with operations team for post signing franchisee onboarding.
  • Represent Elaris at franchise events, investor luncheons, and networking activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B or high ticket sales experience with provable track record.
  • Local real estate sales experience required.
  • Proven track record closing deals valued at AED 250,000 or above.
  • Fluent professional English spoken and written.
  • Strong command of WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and CRM sales tools.
  • Resident with valid Emirates ID; ability to join immediately.
  • Franchise sales experience preferred.
  • Arabic language fluency preferred.

  • Brand materials provided.
  • Monthly investor events.
  • CRM access.
