About the Role
Elaris Luxury Salons seeks a Franchise Sales Executive to sell high-ticket franchise investment tiers (AED 500K-1M) to HNWIs, real estate investors, and salon owners in Dubai. Requires 5+ years B2B/high-ticket sales experience, UAE real estate sales background, and a disciplined pipeline approach.

Responsibilities
- Execute daily structured cold calling campaigns targeting HNWIs, real estate investors, and existing salon owners
- Build and maintain a personal outreach pipeline via WhatsApp, LinkedIn, phone, and referral networks
- Log every outreach activity in CRM daily
- Receive and respond to inbound leads within 30 minutes
- Qualify prospects against investment capacity and business ownership profile
- Conduct face to face discovery calls and franchise presentations
- Accompany qualified prospects on Elaris salon visits
- Deliver structured daily updates and weekly deal progression reports
- Close signed franchise agreements across all three tiers
- Maintain post close relationships to generate referrals
Requirements
- Minimum 30 years of age
- Minimum 5 years of B2B or high ticket sales experience with provable track record
- UAE real estate sales experience
- Proven track record closing deals valued at AED 250,000 or above
- Fluent professional English
- Strong command of WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and CRM sales tools
- Polished, professional personal presentation
- UAE resident with valid Emirates ID; ability to join immediately
- Franchise sales experience preferred
- Established personal network among UAE investors, HNWIs, or business owners preferred
- Arabic language fluency preferred

Franchise Products You Will Sell
- Tier 1 — Full Turnkey: AED 1,000,000 + 5% of gross sales monthly
- Tier 2 — Brand Conversion: AED 500,000 + 10% of gross sales monthly
- Tier 3 — Zero Investment: AED 0 entry + 30% of gross sales monthly
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
- Outbound Prospecting: Execute daily cold calling campaigns and maintain outreach pipeline.
- Lead Management & Qualification: Respond to inbound leads within 30 minutes and qualify prospects.
- Sales Presentations & Meetings: Conduct face to face discovery calls and franchise presentations.
- Pipeline Reporting: Deliver daily updates and weekly reports; maintain 100% accurate CRM records.
- Closing & Handover: Close signed franchise agreements across all tiers.
- Brand Representation: Represent Elaris with professionalism and attend events.
Requirements
- Minimum 30 years of age
- Minimum 5 years of B2B or high ticket sales experience
- UAE real estate sales experience required
- Proven track record closing deals valued at AED 250,000 or above
- Fluent professional English
- Strong command of WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and CRM tools

Compensation & Role Details
- Base salary competitive, disclosed at interview
- Commission: Tier 1 close — 5% (AED 50,000 per closing); Tier 2 close — 3% (AED 15,000 per closing)
- Bonus: AED 2,000 fixed bonus for closing 10 Tier 3 contracts in a calendar month
- Full Time, On Site
