Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage appointments, bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and client inquiries promptly.
- Coordinate with hairstylists, nail technicians, therapists, and other salon staff.
- Maintain accurate client records and appointment schedules.
- Process payments, invoices, and daily cash/card transactions.
- Promote salon services, packages, memberships, and promotions.
- Follow up with clients regarding appointments and future bookings.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Support daily administrative and operational tasks as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Salon Receptionist, Front Desk Receptionist, or Customer Service Representative is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer and booking-system knowledge.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced salon environment.
- Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong customer-service and sales skills.
Preferred Candidate
- A proactive, presentable, and energetic individual who enjoys interacting with clients and can efficiently manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
