Overview
The Wave Lounge Beauty Spa is hiring a Call Center Agent / Home Service Coordinator to manage client bookings and coordinate daily home-service appointments. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressur
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and online inquiries.
- Book, confirm, reschedule, and follow up on home-service appointments.
- Provide clients with accurate information about salon services, prices, packages, and promotions.
- Coordinate daily home-service schedules and assign staff according to availability and client requirements.
- Coordinate transportation and communicate pick-up/drop-off details with drivers and service staff.
- Monitor appointment schedules and ensure staff arrive on time at clients' locations.
- Follow up with clients after services to obtain feedback and encourage repeat bookings.
- Promote services, packages, memberships, and additional treatments through upselling.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain accurate booking records, client information, and daily reports.
- Process POS/payment transactions when required.
- Coordinate closely with the salon and operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
